circumstance
and happenstance
caught in the middle
of the deep side

out of nowhere
we meet again
I am an avid swimmer
at least I used to be

I pull myself to the edge
as I whisper something
that you never heard me say
because.....
I had turned my head......
just slighty......

I'm really loving this.
Leaves so much to the imagination.

Very nice poetry...

Though you’re swimming, you focus in on the surface so beautifully. Enjoyed!
