STOP AND LISTEN
4 August 2013

Each key on the piano,
string on a harp,
syllable of bird song,
billet doux of the wind,
trickle of a stream,
is a note
to you
and me
and all who listen
with their secret souls;

and needs
to be revered
and cherished
and adored
and answered
in hallowed tones,
bonding;

when tumbled into
words
that only music
speaks.

Very nice, Owl!
Music is everywhere indeed )
It's a creative force!

P.S. And I've read your comment and answered.

Thank you, Galina.  Yes, I read your response to mine in your poem.  Thank you for that too.
