Cosmic Whispers of Love

Just beyond the gentle
   lavender twilight
a brilliant, elusive moon
rushes through towering
cloud canyons
over these ancient
soft-silvered hills, lakes,
    and forests
on this cool-bright night
of  life, Summer, and
‘Deep-Time’  passing.
In this wilderness place
     and the ‘now’
that which falls away is
is all the ashes and tyranny
of ego, envy, and grasping
    strife,
for here the mind, heart,
and spirit are swept clean
by infinite and eternal,
cosmic whispers of love.
