            Only You

In this pathless wilderness
the mind, heart, and spirit
are swept clean by the pristine
mountain-forest moonlight;
and, in turn, may then
illuminate the universe
with penultimate clarity ...
Only true love remains the
finest human aspiration;
and in the grand here and
now of infinite potential,
mine has simply grown wings
to sail the starry cosmic
seas beyond all space
   and time
from me to only you.

Exquisite, as always, Bruce.  I know she hears you.

Thanks folks! ... I still haven't decided whether it be a blessing or a curse to be
an 'incurable Romantic' especially in these double-post-modern times of raging
cynicism, self-focus, and such.

You have put love on the pedistal here, an offering on a sterling platter....
Romantic indeed!
