THE NOWS OF NEVERMORE 2 August 2013 There amongst the silence of the stones, whisper-echoes glaze her eyes with velvet-touch remember-thens of sun-delight and shimmer-moons and a name that flings the stars into the sky into a million patterns, wild and wide like a forest of murmured autumn words in untamed foliage array caressed by late afternoon sun in softened gold and shadowed gentle greys that breathe their elegance in humble grace enhanced by white night-flowers that share their cool fragrance in secret troth with those who seek the humbler treasures. How can this ever and never be in madcap, windswept days and nights of never more? Owl |

the natural world has no comparison, then again we are that natural world as well, though sometimes we need reminders as in your words of wonder. I loved the foliage running wild without being pruned, nature at its most glorious without man's interruption, though my neighbors would have a hissy it if I just let all my arbor go wild here. : |

Thank you, and smiles, EmmaRose, for your compassionate and understanding response. I am sorry to hear that your neighbours would not understand, nor appreciate an untamed garden. Owl |
