My love gave to me a Valentine rose blooming brilliant red blossoms in February Pruned and groomed and watered carefully It waited winter out doing well in the window Mild day in May between the late freezes it found a home tucked between sandstones in the rock garden Lush and green it thrived like the love it was given with Renewal budded in clusters on the ends of every branch I waited impatiently for buds to bloom Each flower brightly reminding me of how much his love has grown and just how much that means to me LGR(C)7/5/13 |

Roses are good for year round enjoyment. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

Beautiful, Lori! It's really something special when love grows because so often these days it just dies. |
