Icing Upon the Cake

One day
Dagwood looked
into the mirror
to see his reflection
and he found
himself thinking
"How did a goofy guy
like me get such a
cutie as Blondie?"
So he ask Blondie
that very question
and this was her response.
"Dagwood the most important
part of any relationship
involves things of the heart,
and my heart told me
that your heart was
the one I was looking for
and everything else was just
icing upon the cake."
