Perfect Peace and Love Beyond a tentative sunset and uncertain twilight, in these closing hours of yet another lonely day on life’s long and winding road between past and future misty shores of little gain and no return, comes a time of darkest memories and regrets. Yet the measureless clarity of such a moon-swept night illuminates all the deepest corners of my mind, heart, and spirit, where rising like a phoenix there remains only the radiant image of you holding in your gentle hands a hope … a dream … a chance for perfect peace and love. --- b. e. adams (6/15/2013) |

We always seem to be searching . . . quote: . . . we find it for awhile and then it goes away . . . we keep searching. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

Beautifully said, Bruce! Perhaps we search for that perfect peace and love because we come from that. Could explain why it comes and goes as Margherita said - never really perfect, you see. |
