Southernmost At the closing hour I'm testing the tightrope to carry my hopes across the November sea Give them to me give them to me when we reach the coast southernmost if we try we will fly In the darkest night I'm tracing the moon's arc I'm crafting my art for the majesty of a queen Take this to her take this to her open up the wound of night southernmost as we go we may never know what the starlight is for who it's meant for and with a hand rapping on her door the world can't deny us a thing 'round the globe, tighten the string we may never know a thing At the chiming clock I stare mesmerized by time withering my hopes like a December dream Give me some warmth give it to me when we reach the coast southernmost if we try we will fly we may never know why the starlight is for those on the other side and with a foot tapping on the floor the world can't buy us a clue 'round the globe, the color is blue we may never know the truth But maybe we can fly we'll fly southernmost if we try "So paint a circle in the sky, I lay breathless in the arms of love |

Oh man, you're such a treat to read...love your title and every good thought. Your poetry makes me happy....your choice of words and the way you string them together is uncanny. You rock, soul drifter. |
