The Loom of Time All the blossoms have fallen to the jealous wind and rain. Spring has slipped away again silently ... indifferently and she has left no footprints to follow on this soft, mossy forest floor. What dreams have we yet left, among the ever-rolling seasons, to weave upon the loom of Time ... all choices are ours in the 'now!' --- b. e. adams (5/18/2012) |

I hear you loud and clear. The seasons can be compared with love and the many changes it is involved with over the years. Ha! That sounds like a subject for a poem to me. I enjoyed the poetry you have given us today, Bruce. ~*~ PMS jokes aren't funny, period. ~*~ |

Another good one, Bruce. Try as we might I don't think we will ever stop dreaming. If one thinks that life is but a dream then I suppose it's just as well. And then, as you say, just like spring they slip away silently and indifferently. Enjoying your offerings! |

I saw spring as a sort of vagabond in your poem just drifting through. Enjoyed! |
