My, my, those stunning blue eyes, A puckish smile beneath a straightforward nose, We are lovers, and yet, We're only voices and words. You have breasts whereto lie my head, I purse my lips for you; never lie, That we may never meet 'ere we die, Calls for a stifled sob. ©February 17, 2012 / Jerry Pat Bolton ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

One of my not-so-good days. Thanks for the hug. I'm better now. Thanks for stopping by, Lori. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

That we may never meet 'ere we die, Calls for a stifled sob. There are those that make me feel this way... they are part of me, loved by me, they are cherished and held forever in my heart... no less vital to my being because my arms cannot reach them. And sometimes the sobs well up. |
