STOLEN MINUTES 6 April 2013 I stole from Father Time and concrete jungle pressures and weighty responsibilities and pounding duties and rewarding commitments and the work I love passionately but that enslaves me and shrieks for all-night unpaid overtime to feel and I wrote a poem and whilst I feel guilty for doing that I know I am not. To feel the concept of the weighty words of a poem from the soul...is to know that you've shared all you can, until the next one rolls in. Hugs, Karilea |

Oh how I wish I could get back all the unwritten poems that died in my head because I couldn't/wouldn't stop what I was doing long enough to jot something down. I applaud you for doing it. Michael |

Thank you, Michael. That is so sad. I wish you had written them down too. Perhaps, some of them slipped through as new poems later, unbeknown to you. Once, I wrote either 7 or 9 (I can't remember which, off the top of my head without looking it up in a poem, whose title I don't remember) poems in one day, and then lost them all the same day because of an error on my computer's or my part (I can't remember the exact reason). However, as they were still so fresh in my mind, I remembered the subjects of all except 2 of them, and got them down again, probably word for word, but if not, close. I couldn't remember even the subject of the other 2, and it felt like 2 deaths. Owl |
