I sampled an enjoyable delight, t'was like the taste of French pastry bon bon sweet melting upon my tongue; Savoring the passion, intoxicating wine the breath of desire, and the shangra-la of his smile was like a summer breeze upon islands of no return; but as roving tides rushed in candlelight drifted upon gypsy waves of forbidden love, lost within the treasures of the deep blue sea. ~Victoria~ I was adored once too. Such a romantic piece of writing, Victoria . . . the melting of a forbidden love comes to naught . . . except in the memories and smells of yesterday . . . ~*~ If they give you ruled paper write sideways . . . ~*~ |

Thank you Jerry for commenting on my yesterday poem...its easier to write about yesterday as we get older it seems.Reminds me of Paul Mccartneys song. ~Victoria |
