I don’t live in Paris, city of lights,
Nor in Genoa, where there is no fun,
I don’t live either in Cabourg
Where Proust ate sweet madeleines…

I don’t live in Montceau,
Where everything goes down,
Nor in Limoges the lovely white
Where everything is fragile as I am,

I don’t live in a busy town
Nor in mountains or in sadness,
I live in the most malicious town,
Capital of Bonheur and sun,
Your heart as confident as a hill,
Now, I don’t want to move away…
