I should always remember the casual of your eyes like the chill of september when she whispers across some quiet afternoon without footprints they were a puppy place, to play with occasional the empty hand kind, where fingers were strangers and then joined into some musical pretending you looked back over your shoulder often, after as if you had something written on your nudity and wanted to be sure I was reading every word you would even slow down sometimes and wait there like your steps were a comma placed for my pause and maybe I would catch up to you more quickly to make a few changes into a storybook ending ______________ daark |
