attempting the style of Frost to the above photo

Swooping by Earth
     of a Chilean evening

Kissing Andean peaks
     sliding o'er Santiago

A splay of light
     across a seldom traveled scene

To adorn the heavens
     a stab toward my mien

And you--
     will you join me in the way,

And sparkle
     with me lightly through the day?

(after posting on RS's post, I realized I'd combined two of Frost's verses to compose my inspiration)

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

Good one V. Nicely done...enjoyed...I still have to do that horses head but I already have my three poems in for the day.
