          Wildflowers of the Heart

The first cherry blossoms are trimmed
in tremulous white, sparkling dew,
  and morning light,
as restless early Spring rises to dance
    with the dawn
through a sweet, soft rain and gentle breeze
of eternal freshness, infinite renewal, and
  boundless promise.
As the bear awakes from Winter slumber,
so do our finest dreams of new and perfect love …
They are the perennial wildflowers of the heart.

There's nothing more beautiful than cherry blossoms (except maybe the way you write about them). They remind me of the magick time of childhood.
