When we kissed
the very first time;
It was sweeter then
a bow to a violin.

There, drought of lips
tenderly quenched
awakening
a dusty pink rose.

Still, the taste lingers,
of our delectable kiss.
A sweet morsel
to tease
until the moons invitation
reunites us again.

The sun, mandarin orange
breathes a new day,
and the soul
of
star-crossed lovers
live on;
somewhere within
celestial bodies
and
a red wine stain
upon the satin sheets
of
a black pearl night.
