Reason to Be Only True Love’s finest moments give 'Time' any meaning, remaining in memory both ‘moving’....yet immovable, not desiring....but desirable, anchoring self within selflessness. We are as the Phoenix ... able to rise again by new love from the ashes of burned roses mid sounds of distant mandolins with notes in sliding harmony and chords of liquid passion burning like fire and moonlight ... Love is yet the 'reason to be!' --- b. e. adams(12/30/2012) |

The romance and belief in ever lasting love is tangible with this write. Memories of love are sharper in the mind than 30 seconds ago and while we have such memories we can still have hope when sometimes all seems lost, love is the salve of this crazy world. Thank you for reminding me....with these fine words... Goldenrose. music was my refuge.i could crawl into the spaces between the notes and curl my back to loneliness - Maya Angelou |

This is a very beautiful poem, Bruce. Fortunately for me (giggles), I don't share your opinion because if I did, and I was dependent on somebody loving me for being happy and having a reason to live, I would have been miserable every moment of my life and I would never have had a reason to live - lol and more giggles! I know my silly words can't spoil the beautiful ambiance and message of your poem, or I would never had said them. Owl |

I believe this is one of, if not "the" best poems I have ever red of yours, Bruce. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

Very nice that Jerry brought this up to the top again, giving me the opportunity to enjoy it, deeply so. Love allows spirit to bloom, like water allows life to exist. Most beautiful. Margherita "Love is the One who masters all things; |
