Take magic from the foot of mountains
From tangled groves by crystal fountains
From lost and fallen prayers of thousands
Take magic!  From the failed Logic
From dreadful Death. From dung deposits
From the stolen truth of thieves
From serpents that young Eve believed
Take this magic! Take this grief!
Turn the faith God has in beasts!
Spill the essence of your clay
Across the Day! Across the Day!

Yes! Yes! Yes! ...Yes!
All that withstands are those who pray
For those whom God has named each day!
