Having no home Of our own We sat in a car By the winter shore Outside The wind was cold And across our view Curtains of snow Fell upon the sea There are Christmas lights Across the bay That glow twinkle And then disappear What does it matter Now we are old Apart from kisses I don’t remember The gifts we gave . |
