Between the hairline fractures in my finely shined veneer Get a grip hangs on for dear life lest I slip and shatter into all the pieces I possess of me that I know I don't show society For surely under scrutiny it would question my sanity My crumble would be swept under a crazy carpet of congeniality My down and dirty shook loose out the backdoor cleaning day Scattered again to the wind the rest hidden from company When time comes for me and takes me apart make a mosaic and walk on me in the park LGR(C)2/9/12 |

What a fantastic piece of writing, Lori. You never cease to amaze me. Lady put an ad in the classifieds: 'Husband Wanted'. |

Thank you so much Margherita! I consider that very very high praise coming from you. Thank you for letting me know my whine didn't overload my ability to write. Bless your heart. Hugs Lori |
