I loved you to the point of no return you were my heart, my love, and my soul the morning and the night for you I yearned the whisper of your voice made my heart toll In the wic of candlelight we slow danced our hideaway of secrets we made love two bodies held tightly and entranced molded together like a silken glove Two silhouettes in the light of the moon you were mine until the dawns morning light as in our dance our bodies stayed in tune held in your arms, within solace of night Forever in my memory you will be my heart will cling like the roots of a tree. ~Victoria~ A poem is never finished, only abandoned. |

Such a beautiful poem of love and caring, Victoria. You made it easy for the reader (me) to understand the love which passed between you two lovers. I loved this . . . ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |
