Voice of the Wilderness dancing leaves and clouds, butterflies tumbling in an uncertain breeze going nowhere and everywhere, over wide warm-green meadows of wildflowers flaming with the morning star near the forest-mountain shadows, all call to us softly (in the voice of wilderness majesty) brothers and sisters of the wind and morning mist, come follow ... what are the cares of men? --- b. e. adams (7/23/2012) |

Ah, what indeed are the cares of men. Starting to get a belly-full of the cares of men. Nice work, Bruce. ~*~ If they give you ruled paper write sideways. ~*~ |

Perhaps if "men" listened to the voice of the wilderness more they would have fewer cares. Lovely thoughts. Ida |

*sigh* the cares of men and their loud voices become less than a whisper when one opens themselves to the voice of the wilderness...we live among man so are caught up in the insanity of the world but if we have that magic meadow to go to we can still find peace and tranquility...This poem brings such a vision to life filling the spirit with tenderness...**BIG HUGS** *may our dreams ever be magical* |
