cities' broadcast themselves
with neon streets
and vintage peccadilloes
jive strutting dudes
ditty-bopping down the street
littered with empty bottles of wine
used rubbers
in alleyway you hurry past their entrances
as the streets' clientele
deal with street-used hookers
looking for
a late-night soiree

glad I live in Podunk America, where alleys are where the stray cats are, wine bottles stay home with their winos, and rubbers...
I haven't seen one yet. We do have a house with a red light on it, but he is just too lazy to change it from Christmas.
I'm happy just to hear about big city's dirty little corners from you my friend.

I usually get a smile to form when I see your name and read your comments. This morning was again one of those smiling days. Thank you.
