hardly any wind
she lay tranquil, murmuring
tender undecipherable words
ending with the soft-hiss of Cher*
my Goddess and me, that's a fact
beneath gnarled, knobby cypress trees
of a south Louisiana bayou

When I roam back in this place I see that you're a lean mean writing machine.
I can't keep up with that creative pen of yours.
The mood in this one is really great.

This is such a big word, "undecipherable", you know such big big words.....LOL!

Thank you for the "sha" explanation or I might have thought you were writing of the Cherokee singer.

Ah, Eric, I have nothing else to do but write. I split my time between my novel and poetry. I'm having the time of my life. Truly. Thank you for always reading my stuff, I appreciate it, and those are not mere words.
