I miss The way You moved A step slower Than the rest Taking in What others around you In their rush to nowhere In particular ignored As if there was All the time in the world Which you somehow seemed To know as if from past Experience wasn’t true And where is that now To which you’ve returned Waking up from this passing dream Are there flowers sparrows Sparkling stars and a silver moon Take care be well Let no harm come to who you are I’ll be there in a little while Doing what I can to make you smile . |
