Sun shines, air cool and sweet. Clouds moving to old new places as I drift from the river walk to the built-in boat dock. A lighthouse incrusted with cemented rocks and waters made of blue gems. The aroma of sweet lilies, daisy's and cherry blossoms makes good for delicious dreams. As I listen to the water singing on rocks, the red-winged black bird dances in tune. The trees sway ever so softly while men search for catfish, bass, trout and whitefish. A breeze comes in sweeping me and everything into it's spell and enchanting us with pleasure. |

I'm waiting for the catfish to be fried, me. Very good poem with so much graphic lines about the environment. Really, quite breath-taking in my point of view. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |
