Another year is here and gone
With a mother’s day now passed
It doesn’t seem so long
You make it seem so fast.

You are always here
To help me along the way
You make sure you are near
So I just wanted to say “hey.”

You push me to succeed
Annoyingly so even when
All I want to do is concede,
You have always been a den.

Thank you for everything
You have helped so much
I would give you anything
If it would help you a bunch.
