Mutual Desires


I love the feeling
when you run
into my arms
and press your flesh
against my chest.

Is it the softness.
Is it your smile.
Is it your scent.
Is it the way
you linger for awhile.

Is it because you provide
the tenderness I require.
Is it because
we share a
mutual desire.
