This is a splendid poem; it tugs at the tenderest strings of the heart. It brings to mind one of my favorite Psalms--- For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. ---Psalm 91:10-11. This moves me deeply; you have crafted an important, enduring work of poetic art. Paul - appreciate your comments on this writing. Much thought went into this one... Margherita - Yes, the soul is always ready, and also the heart for a special agreement... yann - the picture I found also was somewhat upsetting, but.. gilead - your comments are most kind, and the Psalm is to remember.
