Sometimes Sometimes there is somebody Who gets our attention Something there, about them There's no need to mention. Sometimes we can't put our finger On what caught our eye Or tugged at our heart Or find the reason why. Sometimes there's an aura We think we can see Or, we may think, "Maybe, it's just me!" Sometimes there's an empty space Or some fear inside Or part of us, "they" notice That fills us with pride. Sometimes it's a special look Or the touch of a hand A look in their eyes That says, "I understand!" Sometimes it just happens And some way, we'll just know But sometimes it will pass by If we don't let "it" show.
