I will always see you in my mind
looking down as if you were shy
but your lipstick said otherwise
and I did listen to your smile

you had been there before I arrived
and sprinkled your perfume around
in those places I would step back into
to catch my thoughts and consider

whether you were setting a trap or not
and if I should just slowly fall in
or boldly run and jump while you watched
from the reflection of some friendly window

so you could turn around ever so quickly
and open your arms wide enough to catch me
and ask me directions to somewhere else
with the suggested agenda of finding yourself

when you knew it was me doing the discovering

Fantastic musing here, daark. Traps being what they are are, or can be, wonderful experiences, although there are some traps maintained by the black widow and we are devoured even as we are partaking of the lovely treats we find.

Love this rendezvous of words DS~

When you write this way....well you know!

Ha!  So you don't like standing in line?  Really?  More like getting out of line when it suits you, but I'll hold your place, cause you're special.

Great twist of thoughts Daark.

I like the title. Some things good or bad are just planned to the limit because the planner is a schemer without even knowing it.

Good stuff!

You beg the question of being trapped,
and no, I don't think a murdercycle guy
could ever be trapped in any way...

you are far to wary in your listenings...
and this is just from an outsider
peaking in
a window...

One has to love your windows....
