The train 82612 passed at 10:48 am From the East, may be inside there was a girl there who I love, It passed too fast And left only a bouquet On the immovable rails, A bouquet of questions That only know The wild orchids, Her flowered dress Flew away, Pink thoughts stayed on the railroad. |

A beautiful, snapshot-like impression of a moment full of pathos. I love the "bouquet of questions." It's an art to say so much in so few words. One I have yet to master. |

Fine writing, Yann.Images of speedy train, a beautiful girl, flowered dress, railroad. Bouquet of questions sounds brillant! "Hardwork pays in the long run" |

Hi Jerry, love sometimes is a dilemna too, and uncertainties are painful even when looking at a train. regards yann |

Yann: ah yes, a fleeting moment of love lost? More questions to ponder here than answers..I love poems with trains...train windows.. love your use of "wild orchids" like the wayward wind that can never be captured--except briefly--in a poem like yours! Bittersweet sad... Wonderful read! Al |
