On the autumn wind

There, love, don`t cry
lean into me, my softness
always yields
here, just where my neckline cups your jaw
so familiar-
allow your tears
to dampen this thin blouse,
and I will stroke the sorry from your shoulders-
your wide, your strong, your brawny
shaking shoulders.

Welcome!

You painted the scene with choice words very well.

Apologies bring us all back to humility which actually makes us stronger because we recognize we're human......Great stuff, look forward to reading your work again.

Beautifully rendered. We guys hate to find that soft spot in us, but it is there, nonetheless.
