Her body was slightly contoured on the red sofa.
Dress along her slight bear ankles
And the gentleman with their scotch slowly gestured her way.

Her makeup was thin,
With the nail polish skimming the tips of her cream tone nails.
She sat with her eyes like small ties around the legs of the men that watched her.

The songs played where the ice sat in the bottom of her drink,
The bottom of her left mole around her cheek, and she bent her hands forward like a small child asking for forgiveness.

Like the seasons asking for a pardon from the winter rust,
She sat with a long eye towards a ceiling that left
The colors from the top, down to her feet, around her arms, and dazzled the corners of the bar from seat to seat.

Where a red dress can captivate,
Facilitate emotions of such beautiful reason,
She reminds you of a moment in time; just you and her dress.
