We take a walk through the mangrove-rimmed courtyard. Oh, the mosquitos! |

LOL! Nicely done. Mosquitos are the state bird of Maine! (not really but sometimes they seem that big!) Kat >^..^< |

Thanks for your kind words! It is true that some sorts of mosquitos can become quite numerous in a localized area. They are those troublesome critters, for example, that workmen had to powder the swamps to eradicate in order to allow completion of the Panama Canal. kat, I know that northern mosquios tend to be larger but not nearly as swarming---still can be a terrible nuisance especially in the back country. Amaryllis, nobody expects "the Spanish Inquisition" the first time around, else they would buy and wear something with DEET, I guess. Bill, thanks for the sound effects, and yes the scenery was (is) pretty - just not quite so much while being mugged by thousands of skeeters. |

ahhh easy1...the trouble with many a beautiful place at some wonderful times of morning and evening. To walk on them an interesting idea...perhaps there wouldn't be so many if we could. Enjoyed this. |
