Over the elk trail and down through the valley Past the high falls and the brook and the beech Onward I follow with lungs fit to bursting Give me the strength you are almost in reach I read all the signs at a lick and cantor Up valleys down gorges I followed your trail Just stay alive and I swear that I’ll find you On the blood of my tribe I will die or prevail The Huron are many the high pass is narrow So close now I see every tear that you cry Past one then another my tomahawk flashes Until Magua’s before me with blood in his eye My strength it has failed me his blade drains my heart But the pain I feel most is that we’ll be apart http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tiKM4fxY1U |

Whenever I read of the people, and of the earth through their eyes...I am touched by their kinship; as the thought, the hand, the heart and spirit move together in one swift and true course. Enjoying your works. Thanks |
