and I was not a child worshipping barefoot breezes given to the sunrise of her bornagain she was new earth blush her freedoms were a stardance of midnight constellations and forgiveness was a song that I could only hum I cupped the laughter blind catching angel smoke in nets white wisps the still center around which the universe wrapped the fragile of my dreams she smiled daylight redemption and clover was a summered prayer kneeling in her meadows whispering soft my sins to slowsong altar calls and I was not a child and she was not a child in the temples of deep August low smolder embers ask me how my soul burns in pyres of blue-eyed sky H |

Holy. F. This was miraculous, I... I don't know what to say really. If the world were as clever as you are, powerful speeches would make the sky turn colors. And every time it rained the flowers would sway as one. This is possibly my favorite poem to have come from piptalk. Fall in love early, fall in love often. |

Well, dear Heather, Poetess!! I can't use Paul's kind of language can I, but I can say I agree with him?! It makes me want to hug you and look into your eyes to search for the source of this beauty ... Outstanding work! Love, Margherita |

Paul~ I don't even know how to respond to such a beautiful comment! You warmed me and wet my eyes. Standing-on-my-tiptoes-hugs on their way to Minnesota... Margherita~ To have a hug from you would tie everything up with a silver string! Deepest humble thanks to a lady that just opens her mouth and beauty pours out... Kisses, Heather |
