I can’t fall asleep. So I’m going to engage in some mental games. How is it that God forwards is dog backwards And dog forwards is God backwards? Maybe Nan can shed some lyrical light on this obscure matter. I think got is German, And that dius is Latin. That’s how we got words like deity. Let’s see … How is it that tac is cat backwards And how is it that cat (I mean tac backwards)? And cog is dat forwards, I mean backwards? Why is Nan is cat backwards? No! No! Wait, I’m getting all mixed up … … How is it that Nan forwards is Nan backwards And how is it that Nan backwards is Nan forwards? Maybe cat is dog backwards And dog is cat backwards? Can dogs purr and kittens bark? And what about the birds and the bees? Alison, help me help me I’m so confused … The whole world is miaoing, I mean spinning. “Why, that’s lucky for us, Nancy.
