Empty heart that is the way you left it, When you left me When I think of how much I loved you, It makes me sad, It reminds me of that horrible day, You left me alone in this world, With no one to love... When I think of when you left, It makes me sick inside, And it makes me cry to remember how much you mean to me, When I remember you dieing, It makes my heart shatter to pieces all over again... Why did God have to take you two away from me, And leave my heart empty now it's just me and my empty heart |

Well I wrote this poem about my grandfather that was taken by cancer... I didn't really know him except though the phone and what we wrote in letters, but for some reason it crush me when he pass... and I still remember him and my grandmother's passing like it just happend... And I really would like to thank you for reading my work.... it means alot to me... because I never had anyone that would read my poems and like them. |
