Out of Nowhere Came a Letter I read your letter and glean something more from it each time with its honest tender touch it is like a personal conversation in the back corner of a loud dark smoky bar between two at a two chaired table it is raw, deep, and stark I find myself folding and unfolding each layer of pages to reveal you the real you the one you hide away the very clothes around you and hold so close it becomes your skin every line stripping fabric until at places thread till there is nothing but so much more I see you now I see you more clearly than ever before and the unblemished skin and scars are beautiful |
