what whippletree binds my dervish mind beyond this whisperwill's call when on your dawning limbs I perch rivoted without metal pins to pin and you bring me buckets of your glance from across an ocean of stone toes each stepping to my stride before me ah to bring false witness of my intentions do you read my mind's ashes, velvet one with the grooves of your lips to sing as they roll over my bends and writhes moansonging rhymes from my application I turn often to view your windows of sound from corners of eyes I know you are there but gone again ahead of my glancing glides to fold your wings again under shadowed eves that leave behind only heartbeats of saliva ______________ daark (highway series) |

"Human salvation lies in the hands of the creatively maladjusted".. Martin Luther King Jr. I love the daring aspect of this beautiful poem. Well done. |
