I wonder what its like, to be so perfect that at a young age you grace the eyes of millions. I wonder what its like, to be loved by everyone you meet. To never know deceit. To have never taste defeat. I wonder what its like, to grow with everyone watching. I wonder what its like, to be a star. To be so high in the sky everyone wonders just. Where you are. I wonder what its like, but don't you see. A star is magnificent. Yet as lonely as you and me. For logic only states, that irony must exists. A star is the loneliest thing that exists. Burning bright for all too see, too bright for nothing is around, you see. For millions of miles, is your closest friend. |

"When we hear it (the inner voice), we know it is the truth to which we must now surrender our lives." Beth Ferris. Thank you for expressing this universal truth in eloquent, poetic language. |

Celebrity can be a kind of hermitry. Some child stars transition to adulthood better than others, as do some adult celebs into elderliness. Thanks for a good read. |
