new day medallion, the maybe kind
you wear it around your neck
just to keep my eyes away
from what is man handle handy

and you say your heart is even harder
like an egytpian in bronze
but there are many ways to melt steel
or just steal it too if needed

and if the weight is not too much
to hang from a smile on occasion
when one might need some fragile
as rub on ointment for the ailments

that love songs do to precious metal

Your words for sure are as powerful as sunrays at midday ... they melt any heart that beats to the rhythm of poesie ... even if it's wrapped in "egyptian bronze."
