http://starchild.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/StarChild/solar_system_level2/sun_image.html Bubblous, balloominous, Incinerous, contuminous, In many ways voluminous, the Sun and its X-rays. Trailing on through shady dawns, and whispers in reflecting ponds, the X-ray Sun, the fiery beast, in wavelengths that we know it least. Only those with X-ray eyes can see magnetos atomize, and this old star that set tonight returns tomorrow in "normal" light. There's not much else that I can say, except it's good we're far away. But not too far, like out on Mars. The life zone's narrow 'round these stars. |

I may not have X-ray eyes but that can`t stop a fellow from loving a quirky poem. |

Thanks for the kind words, or as the Germans say, "donkey shines." Amaryllis, Boom-boominous wouldn't do since that sort of sound doesn't travel through outer space. |
