If you are viewing this post by Darkness the Darkness that illuminates the Night, it is better, for there are things that only Darkness can reveal. And if some arrogantly say that only Dark obscures, then, why not Light? And if some foolishly contend that only Day reveals, then, why not Night? And everyone knows the Night is made for love, and lovers, for playful teasing, longings whispered, for all that can’t be spoken of by day. When you are in bed and cares of Day are done, close your eyes. Think about the Light that may obscure the starry daytime sky around it. (Because the Sun is so bright that it blots out the Moon and stars) Think about the Darkness that reveals the Moon and starry sky in glory! Fantasize of sweet, and slumber, Of rolling and playfully tumbling, of kissing, and pleasing, and hugging, and love making. And think about the Gentle, healing sleep the Night will bring! Then fall asleep in velvet arms Held so sweetly and so tight! Hey, nobody's human! |

*smile* Sometimes I get distracted from the depths of my pillow, just thinking that on the opposite side of the world, there just might be someone doing something more interesting. I still love the Night. I've just learned to love sleeping through it. Hope you are well. Enjoyed. |

This poem speaks of true, for the night does show more than the daylight. I haven't seen much of the night lately, I might try to watch it some time this weekend. I really enjoyed your poem |
