Shore to Shore The sea that waters our souls, Crashes between our shores Creating a turbulent sense of our reality For you are you As I am I Each of us a distinctly seperate shore Only our empathy and compassion Can ever still the waters... ...between our shores |

You know I never thought of it as nation to nation but more of a one to one relationship poem...however know that I see it in light of your insight, you know it can also work on a nation to nation...thanks for you insight ebm..ww |
