Optimism vs. Cynicism Eager fools, we pick the rose careless hands tight hoping we won't bleed as thorns sink skin pierced. The choice lies in the wield that wraps the bandage and smells the blush vine with eyes closed, nourishing this fragile beauty to grow life in the garden again; To one who, with open eyes squeezes the wound red to drip the pluck of petals painfully one by one shallow on their grave.
