we exchanged our glances like burnished coins vending into each others subtle offerings then leaving our long coats unbuttoned and lifting saddle skins up to comfortable she said she liked the look in my eyes and my sword too when I was a warrior older but still worthy of gentle warring at the edge of one of her smiling sides like temptation was wearing our residue the high heeled almost healing kind that would fit behind a man most easily if a proper penelope permitted her passions to savor the urgency to just joust our handles __________ daark (sloop ms p series) |
